About the Event

Chef Jorn will teach us to prepare a distinctive three-course Scandinavian dinner featuring:

  • Masked Cauliflower - Whole cold cauliflower coated with shrimp, eggs, tomatoes, lemon, dill, chives, and dressing.
  • Pork Tenderloin - Pork tenderloin stuffed with prunes and apples. Creamed mushrooms, roasted root vegetables and hasselback potatoes.
  • Meringue Nests - Meringue nests with rhubarb and vanilla custard.

Enjoy beer and wine during the cooking lesson and with the meal. After we cook we will enjoy the full meal together and you can take the recipes home with you.
